Ordered online. I had to get in line in order for them to even start my food. Neither of the two employees engaged with me when I stood at the register. Then they skipped putting queso in my bowl. What is the point in ordering online if they start it 10 minutes later than it’s claimed “ready-by time”?

I always stop in here after I visit my physician and I always have a good experience. Friendly staff, and the guy who appears to be the team lead seems like he knows what he's doing. Everybody is working and the line is moving through quickly. Food is delicious and made with care. Not rushed through

My rice was so hard it hurt my teeth. They were out of multiple sodas. When I asked what was in something because I have allergies she didn’t know and wouldn’t find out.
The old lady that works at this location serves less than a scoop of everything. I ordered a veggie bowl. The bowl was half empty. Very minimal quantity was put into the bowl. Had to ask 3 times to add cheese in the bowl. Still didn’t put enough cheese on there. I never leave bad reviews but this one I couldn’t help myself. Hope this review better the service at the location for the next customer. Never had problems with qdoba before this

Person working behind the counter was great! However, the lines were long and no other employees were helping out. We watched one person wipe off tables for 15 minutes and another person sweeping the floor, all while the single employee behind the counter drowned with customers. I do not get it and no one there seemed to care.

$16+ for two 2 oz. scoops of steak in a double steak burrito bowl is beyond me. Might as well go to taco bell and buy their burrito supreme with extra steak for $9... Sad! $16+ for a rice and steak burrito... Hope your Poplar Level Rd store goes out of business in shame! Thanks, but NEVER AGAIN...📍
