Could not give order that we purchased online. They also refused to give refund. They said there ovens were down. Ok. But not to give a refund??? We had to file a dispute with our credit card company. Ridiculous to say the least.

Food Safety Concern:

I witnessed one of the food servers engaging in unsanitary behavior. They filled two cups of tap water from the sink faucet into the black bean container, stirred it, and continued serving. This compromised the safety and quality of the food.

There was a woman named Michelle, she was the one who made my order for me. Even though I gave her a hard time with my burrito, she was still absolutely excellent with her service. She was very composed and calm, and very very adamant about keeping her hands clean while making my food. She showed me a better way of making my burrito, and it’s been the greatest burrito I’ve ever had from Qdoba, easily. Please give her a raise, paid time off, make her a manager or a district manager or regional manager, or owner of a new Qdoba location. Please do right by her because she kept the good vibes flowing the entire time!! She really should be higher up in the company. I hope she sees this, thank you so much Michelle!

All the workers were so nice. The food was sooooo good and I went there at like 8pm. They weren’t even annoyed I was there late eating with my daughter. 10/10 experience, very hard to find a quick service restaurant nowadays that has workers that enjoy their job, and have fresh food on night shift, and treat the customers right. Great job all around.

I've had several bad experiences here but this one was so bad I finally had to complain. The person at the counter rolled his eyes at me when I ordered (literally just a burrito and chips) and spent the entire time thrashing my burrito around on the counter, huffing and sighing. He got huffy with the other staff and was thoroughly unpleasant the entire time. I had to spend the entire day fasting for a medical scan and just wanted to get some filling food -- wasn't expecting such abysmal service or I wouldn't have gone. Food wasn't even that good for what I paid, and they expected a tip after acting like that.
