Worst Qdoba I’ve been to, went on 27 February 2025 at around 8:30 pm and the employee was rude, complained about customers coming in and not getting a break and the food was not fresh. Avoid this location!!!!

Wednesday February 5th 5:00 p.m. two incredible customer service oriented young men assisted us, they were awesome. I don't know if that comes naturally or management taught them but I taught customer service for 15 years and these guys were great. Food was very fresh, very well presented and as usual tasted wonderful. Not all Qdobas are the same and this one in Shelbyville Road Plaza is definitely a cut above and to many of our establishments in this area. I gave the atmosphere four stars just because these damn metal chairs are so uncomfortable :-) 😎

I’m writing to thank Dre for a job well done this evening. I didn’t expect much as I came in just before close of the day. When I walked in, Dre was most politely waiting on another customer and then waited on me. At nearly 10:00pm, Dre still had excellent manners/attitude, boasted good positive energy, and served up a mean burrito just the way I remember them. Dre was giving his best and was clearly at his best self.
Dre, thanks for the burrito and excellent customer service.

I’m giving this QDOBA 4 stars because of the quality. I have found this one to be pretty mid with food and sometimes soggy. The staff has always been polite and the service is fast.

Ordered from DoorDash and they didn’t add the rice I had ordered with my bowl. And halfway through eating my bowl I found a white plastic ribbon in my food. I placed it on my fork below in the picture.

Jeff and kayden were good and friendly no veggies few minutes veggies were ready other qdoba restaurants were out and won't bother to make it so I walk out . I think u need to hire more like those employees and less from the rude nasty others that some don't even speak English and don't care about customers . I had a steak bowl and it was excellent .

They also started wrapping my burrito before I was done ordering. I’m debating on if I should even eat this burrito with the amount of distain it appears they have for their customers. It was a huge inconvenience for me to even walk in and dare to order food in a Wednesday at 7pm. Was met with annoyed service when I asked for fajita veggies and steak which I was told will have to be made. I was happy to wait. At 7pm there is no more picco to have (I got the last scoop for my order) when asked if they have more I was told no. Many items looked missing from their serving dishes so I guess the crew was going to try to make it till closing time (10pm) with the minimal effort. Questioning my choice of dinner tonight and let’s hope I won’t question it more tomorrow.

Why when I order online do I have to wait for in store customers. I order online for it to be fast and easy for both you and me. Waiting for 8 customers for my food after I ordered 20 minutes ago is insane. Some came in after I got there. I’ll go to chipotle from now on. How stupid do you have to be to not do order in the order you get them
Came in around 6pm. Upon arrival the first red flag for me was this location had a 94 grade on the door. The unfriendly employee who made my bowl the first time scraped the bottom of the pan for the brown rice in my bowls. Then went to the back to get a fresh pan of rice to sprinkle in my bowls on top of the old rice. I was going to say something but I thought maybe it would be fine. I was going to take my food to go and ended up eating in to see if the rice was going to be hard. It was, so I had another person to remake my bowl with the fresh rice that was put out after my bowls. The first employee didn't have a name tag on like the rest of his co workers. He was a unfriendly white male, medium bulid, dark hair, wit a thick dark beard. I didn't appreciate being given over cooked hard rice. I usually come in the earlier evening hours and never had an issue with the quality of food.
