Went in and ordered a chicken queso burrito. Guy working tortillas seemed out of it and didn't put chicken in the burrito, as I was on my phone I didn't notice until the end of the line and asked if he added chicken and he said no, and they had to remake it. The one adding cheese added such a small amount on both burritos and stayed quiet and had an attitude in the form of a sarcastic face and side eye. I told her to fill the rest up with cheese and she started rolling it up and i knew more could fit then the half sprinkle I got so I asked for more and I swear she rolled her eyes. Then what I'm assuming was the manager on duty let me fumble with the tap to pay system for minutes before rudely saying "can you read that?!" And i had to answer a question first before my phone would scan. As someone with social anxiety and just had a baby 4 weeks ago, I don't get out much being a stayvat home mom, and this trip was embarrassing. Won't go back.

We went on 1/26 at 6:30pm, and had a fabulous experience! Food was fresh, employees were extremely friendly, and overall wonderful atmosphere! We are certainly regulars, and will continue coming back.

Went today with my granddaughter. Food and service were great but dining room is in desperate need of a remodel. Not enough tables, booths are worn and uncomfortable. Tables are wobbly.

I stopped by yesterday for carry out about 5pm. There was only 1 employee working and it was clear he didn’t want to be there. He slopped ingredients into my bowl and rolled his eyes at me when I questioned what meat he was putting in the bowl. The food bins look like they hadn’t been wiped down all day, they were disgusting, and half of them were empty. The guacamole he put on top of my bowl turned brown before I even got home. Not very fresh at all! And the atmosphere was very negative with disgruntled customers ahead of me and behind me, bullying the employee and raising their voices. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I LOVE Qdoba’s food, but I will not go back to that location again.

This was an old school QDoba experience. Far superior to other locations of late. Came to get take-out Sunday lunch. Crew was friendly, efficient, and fast. Food was tasty and fresh. Restaurant area and bathroom were clean.

First off, my daughter ordered the food in advance online and it wasn’t ready when she got there. Second, I ordered a chicken bowl and got less than five pieces of chicken. Third, we asked for an extra hot sauce on the side and they gave us habanero or something we didn’t ask for. It was just horrible all around.
