I ordered a large catering order and mistakenly said that I would pick it up. I called the office just an HOUR before it was to be picked up to see if it could be delivered to our office and they were able to do that, and were so pleasant as well! Highly recommend!

This is the WORST! Restaurant! My partner & I Order a "Shrimp bowl" first of all they had 6 tiny little Shrimp left, the person who was helping us without saying anything walked away to kitchen never came back, one of the girls working there decided that she was going to served me those "Tiny little disgusting cold Shrimp!" While still waiting for my partner Shrimps, she decided not to wait any longer & choose some beef.The Rice was COLD & Beans also ice COLD! the Pico de Gallo was badly made, the Lettuce were dark, the Avocado also dark! Everything was totally Disgusting! So we let them Ripp us off! $28.00! For some cold Rice & Beans n 4 Tiny Tiny Shrimp! I still can't get over this place! So if you really want to have a good lunch, Don't even try this place! I'm still piss! This was on 2/24/2024

We love the Qdoba menu. Generally we order a bowl with rice, meat, and beans. I especially like sour cream and avacado are included with no extra charge.
I ordered the tortilla soup with a tortilla shell to go but had to throw it away it was so gross.I thought the soup would come in a separate bowl so I could add my toppings. But instead I got a mushy and wet burrito bowl with no taco shell on the side. The bowl was dripping wet with soup broth and then cold lumpy rice and toppings were sitting on top. It was so disgusting I had to throw it away.

We ordered a pickup catering (for 30 people) and I couldn't have been happier. The owner personally took care of our order. We had more than enough food and the food was amazing. The taco bar was a hit. It worked perfectly for our out of town dinner at the hotel. Thank you!

Definitely wasn’t expecting westport villages Qudoba to be so bad the Tables were all dirty, all of the food was basically out and what was left was awful hard rice, no steak i got the sweet and spicy chicken but it was hard as a rock they came over to pour sauce on top of the chicken it was cold, guacamole is my favorite part aside from steak and they said it what also out! I took a bite and threw it away..Super disappointed for a bowl and a burrito for $30 to throw away because it wasn’t edible. I even made it a point halfway through ordering that i wish i had known all that was out and the people working could have cared less. ?
