The place has a cool, vibey atmosphere, but the service was unprofessional. It was my first time at QDOBA, and I had no idea how to order. The staff just stood around talking to each other and even flirted with the customer in front of us instead of helping. When we paid for our quesadillas, they said they’d “get it out for us,” but after waiting about 10 minutes, we realized they’d forgotten. They only remembered when they saw us still standing there watching them, and that’s when they finally called us over. The manager was up front by then and told an employee to ask us if the food was okay, so he said, “Does this look okay, or does this look burnt?” It looked fine on top, so we said it was okay—but when we started eating, we saw the bottom was badly burnt. Maybe it was just an off night, but my first QDOBA experience was disappointing.

At 6:35pm on Oct 17 I went in & got a steak bowl with extra meat & sauce I didn't care to pay extra. But the people behind me also got extra meat & they didn't let the cashier know. I'm upset because the co employee that was black did not let the cashier know because the couple was the same color! That was unfair & definitely wrong to me when I told her I didn't care to pay extra! But everyone needs to be treated the same! I use to be a manager @ a restaurant & that was definitely not right!

Don't order DoorDash from this location because they'll just throw whatever cold food/leftovers they want in the bag and send it out. Thankfully got a refund through DoorDash and surely won't make the mistake of eating here again.

Have you ever wanted to be completely ignored because you ordered online? Then you wait for twenty minutes standing next to the cash register only to find out your order has been finished the whole time and was just sitting on the counter just needing be bagged? Then look no farther than this Qdoba location. At this location you can be ignored to your heart’s content and no one will even try to offer to help you. Even as they set your food on the shelf right next to you. Because you don’t deserve human decency.

Please don't ever go to this establishment, the employees are mean and nasty and there portions are horrible, i thought maybe I caught them at a bad time ! So I went again today , same ole ! If you want qudobas go to another one or moes up the street ! Just the dixie highway sucks ! All the other ones are great
