We stopped at Queue Cafe 15 minutes before it closed but the staff could not have been more friendly. We had some diet restrictions but the menu was diverse enough to meet all of our needs. All of our meals were fresh, hot and tasty, and we even had cookies for dessert to top it all off. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who likes a great casual dining experience.

Queue Cafe is a wonderful cafe with courteous and kind staff. The best customer service in Louisville in my opinion. Seriously, if you like good food and don't want to pay extra for all the frills, this is a great place to go.

I got the breakfast burrito with sausage and black beans withe breakfast potatoes. Tje sausage was a bit bland but the food was hot and was serves quickly. Great for a lobby cafe!

Great place to grab a bit for lunch! Service is fast and great! They are friendly and consistent. I love the gourmet grilled cheese sandwich ($5.25) with chili or tomato soup. This time I decided to switch it up and try the chicken ciabatta ($6.50) with a side salad. Have to say it may be my new favorite! The prices are also very reasonable and they allow for half sandwich and salad options. Good for a quick, reasonably priced and satisfying lunch!

Like roaches? Visit this joint. The place is FILTY. Bathrooms are disgusting and the manager/owner fits in perfectly with that scenario. Service was AWFUL and the food was just as bad. I found a hair in my sandwich, and saw two roaches in the bathroom after NOT EATING my food. Let's just say, my family and friends will never go here, EVER! Do not waste your time.

I have nothing to say but good things about Queue Cafe. I searched nearby restaurant that was serving breakfast. Queue Cafe was convenient to my hotel. To my surprise my oatmeal and bacon, egg cheese biscuit was outstanding. They're quality and price made me go there for lunch. Thank you and see you on my next Louisville visit.
