Stopped at Quills before a doctor's appointment nearby. Ample parking. I love the calm, yet trendy, almost Feng shui like designed interior. The coffee is delicious and freshly made. The bakery is delicate and the service is on point. The baristas are kind, personable and informative. I appreciate this combo on a Monday morning.

The coffee experience from Quills was horrid. Espresso was incredibly astringent.Did the staff even calibrate or dial in the shots in the AM?Pour over was atrocious as well. Tasted like paper?Avoid this place like the plague. It’s a shame this is representative of Louisville coffee scene.People that like coffee from this location, lack a good a palate.Also, the Gen Z staff is pretty unattentive.

Very good pastries. Friendly staff. Large menu of drink options. Nice to hang out with the overhead doors open. Great vibe to the place overall.
Definitely fills up with people even on a weekday at 9/10am! Lots of WFH people. Coffee was delicious. Service was also phenomenal. The two lady baristas were so kind and made really good lattes and espresso shot. Definitely would go back. For a medium salted maple latte and a double espresso shot it was only $9 before tip! Recommend, but prob take it to go!

Pros: Love the coffee, staff and atmosphere design. Clean bathrooms ?. Like the outdoor seating area.Cons: The seating is very uncomfortable and there are not many accessible outlets. Poor parking situation with having to cross a busy road without a close designated walkway. Outdoor seating area has trash in it at times.
