Great little (not actually little, lots of seating) coffee joint near Nulu Market. Service was very quick, cortado was made to perfection, price was worth it, several scone + cookie options, and free parking on the street.
You wouldn't come here for a full breakfast, but if you want a simple (yet quality) heated up breakfast sandwich or wrap, then this is a great option!

Legit coffee spot. Looks like their roasting facility is nextdoor. Espresso is smooth and so so tasty. Staff is friendly. Space is chill. Could for sure post up and get some work done—while sipping and munching delicious-ness :)
