bourbon is not good.

Stopped in for a tasting only shortly before last call, and overall was a good experience. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was fast. The outside seating area was beautiful outside with comfortable outdoor furniture. we did not take a tour, but you could smell the cook walking into the tasting room. The facility is very upscale with subtle Alice in Wonderland hints around the property; especially out back! A tasting was $20 for 4 tastes.Tasting Experience: I had never tried the Heigold, and being able to taste it alongside the Boxergrail and it was an enlightening experience! Heigold was light, bright, fruity with a slight rye spice on the finish. Boxergrail came in with a nice funky note from the sour mash but drank a little hot neat. A few drops of water (one of the few tasting rooms in downtown that had them available) opened this up. Tried this in a cocktail later and was quite enjoyable. I've had Dareringer previously and surprisingly stacked against the others it wasn't a stand out favorite for me. Overall this tasting for me showed me that while I have enjoyed Rabbit hole, it really isn't a product for my tastes.

We were at Rabbit Hole on Thursday. My wife and I both enjoyed the tour. Rachel was great. Found a new rye that is now on my shelf. Thanks

Great experience. Couldn't do a tour as it was Thunder Ober Louisville weekend, but they had a special tasting event with limited release bottles to try that was phenomenal!

The tour was great. They even let you dip your finger in the vat of sour mash. Highly recommended.

Pricey, was nice sitting outside. The bourbon was ok, nothing was great or outstanding. Felt more like they are selling the sizzle, not the steak… and relying on a great looking room and art as opposed to a great product. Great tasting room experience, though I would have liked for them to lean into the Alice in Wonderland theme a bit more.

It was like being in a night club with terrible drinks and way to loud music. I can never get that time back I wasted there.

Very modern facility, insightful and technical tour, great tastings.

Over priced. Everything in store over priced . The bourbon well you know don’t buy from them go around to the back street behind rabbit hole to evergreen liquor prices are a lot cheaper !!

My husband and I did the tour. It was a small intimate group, which made it easy to ask/hear questions. Henry was our tour guide, and he did a great job!! High recommend the tour and, of course, the bourbon!!!

I’ve had rabbit hole before but seeing their distillery and how modern it is really elevated the experience. Henry was knowledgeable and a good guide. The old fashioned we were greeted with + the espresso drink after as amazing. The store had a lot of nice finds.

Store: They have a good variety of bottles on hand from basic to ultra premium; there should be something for every bourbon drinker to find. They also have a tasting bar to try before you buy. I appreciate the honesty of one of the bar workers that I not try the Rabelo because it is Port forward instead of just trying to make a sale (I don't like Port cask finish). Everyone working Saturday 02/10/24 seems to be attentive and helpful.Tour: They were booked up, but I didn't book in advance because I didn't know what time I would get there. No harm, no foul on that. Will try to book in advance the next time I go to Louisville.

Fantastic tour in the heart of Louisville; Rabbit Hole brings you to the meeting place of art and science that is bourbon distillation. A much more modern take on the usual bourbon tour, this would pair nicely with one of the more classic tours. I look forward to what the expansion brings to the block!

I had an excellent tour by Griffin today! Very informational, fun, and I can recommend to the fullest. Casey was also friendly when she helped me out in the gift shop.

Do not order anything online. I have sent multiple emails for over a week with no response or update to the order I placed, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for family. They obviously only care about you up until they get your money, horrible customer service and business practices.
