Had a huge order today. We ordered 10 sets of the 3 piece meal for a kids sporting event. I ordered in advance on the app. The meals were hot and fresh and exactly on time. The staff was so kind and helpful. One of the workers even helped me walk it out to my car. The kids absolutely LOVED their food. The value was great. I will order here again and again.
First time ever at a Cane's. Grandkids been telling us about it. We are die-hard Chick Fil A people, but finally stopped in a Cane's, and so very glad we did. It is unbelievably delicious, juicy, tender, cooked to perfection good! Don't know how they do it, but the tenders are like nothing we've ever had before. The dipping sauce puts it over the top! The slaw, fries and toast are the icing on the tenders! We have been to 2 more Cane's since this first...
I was really disappointed the last two times I went. Both times I placed a mobile order for a curbside pick up. The first time I waited 10 minutes until they eventually came out with my order. The second time after waiting again for about 10 minutes I ended up going inside, they had my order ready and waiting but I don’t get why they couldn’t bring it out. It’s just really disappointing that this happened I wasted a lot of time just sitting and waiting.
