The food was fine, but the service was terrible. The drive-thru ordering is an AI system that couldn’t handle a simple order, forcing it to transfer to a team member. Unfortunately, the employee who took over was extremely rude. When we didn’t pull forward immediately, she shot us a dirty look and waved us forward in a dismissive manner. At the window, her attitude was defensive and openly annoyed, making it clear she had no interest in providing decent customer service.
If you’re going to use an AI system that struggles with basic orders, ensure your staff is prepared to step in professionally—not make the experience even worse.
