Every time I order from here, there is something always missing. When you walk in, it usually takes about 20 minutes or more to get your food. The lobby is always filthy. Usually I get my daughter the chicken bite box with the fries. The male manager that works at night, gave me the option of getting the fries loaded and told his cashier how to ring it up. I have since then order this chicken bite box several times with the loaded fries. Tonight, I ordered the usual for my daughter and told the cashier what the previous manager had done. Instead of him finding out how to ring up the loaded fries, he just didn't charge me for the loaded fries but instead passed along a message to, I'm assuming the manager that worked this evening. After receiving my order, I found that I was missing my fry lovers fries. I went back and told the guy my fries were not in my bag. The manager this evening then starts getting loud saying that I did not pay for the loaded fries and that next time I will just have to pay for a chicken bite combo with regular fries, and I would have to buy the loaded fries separately and it doesn't matter who is the manager on charge. I am beyond disgusted.... Words of advice, do not go to the Rally's on New Cut unless the male manager is there. He's the only one that seems to know what he is doing.

The night crew they have working tonight I believe the workers names were Matt and shanti they were absolutely AMAZING!! So polite. The food so fresh and hot! Definitely recommending more people to eat here! Fantastic job!!

The worse experience ever. Went thru drive thru. They have new automated system. At the window after paying our receipt did not show cheese for 2 sandwiches. Girl at window said she will tell them to add cheese. Pull off no cheese on the 2 sandwiches. 3rd sandwich was suppose to be plain burger add cheese and bacon. 2x they gave us a rally burger with tons of ketchup n mustard and went thru drive thru 2x. Neither the automated system nor human understand english. I will NEVER eat rallys again!!! Such a waste of my time and money.
The woman at the window whose name was Ty made it such a pleasant experience. She was efficient and very nice. It was such a relief bc a lot of the times at fast food things can get messy but she was on top of it all and just kept a smile and took care of me! This is why she deserves some PRAISE BUT ALSO A RAISE. You need to make sure you keep people like this who care about the customers! Thank you TY! (Woman version) 🤣
