I enjoyed the broth...but am a bit more critical. Wish I could tweet the “in the right direction†... but take it further ... where it should be. Plz ... gyoza is cooked till the bottoms are browned ... mine weren't ... and 2 were ordered.... temp higher so when water is added ... it would have also steamed them better. Broth ... is the leading cast member to any Ramen Shop. Not a trail of steam coming from my bowl! Temp again!
We came in at the end of the night and had unbelievable service! Still going strong 11:00 offering us everything they had to offer. The staff was so friendly and gave recommendations encouraging us to try everything Ramen Inochi had to offer! The pork spicy ramen was awesome!! The soup had a lot of flavor, it tasted like home made ramen!! ���
