Do not trust this place with any form of delivery or online ordering. I have dined in several times, food is decent other than no heat during the winter, which I looked past. I’ve tried delivery straight through their website twice. First time it was canceled after an hour, it was fine I figured something happened. The second time my driver was at the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on the order, shortly after I received another message stating it was canceled. I called the restaurant thinking maybe the driver canceled since it was taking a while. Instead I was greeting on the phone very rudely and as if they were answering their personal phone. The woman goes on to say that the driver showed up, waited and then canceled the order because they didn’t receive it on their “tablet”. A restaurant has to confirm an order before notifying DoorDash, especially before a driver shows up to pick up an order. To go on the lady states that she never received an order for my name on their tablet. She never asked for my name. She never asked what I ordered. Proceeds to tell me that I can place another order and then she’ll make it for me. Now why would I do that if I already have the receipt from the restaurant proving I already paid $64 dollars.

I just came up there and got food. I called before to make sure that they sell individual servings of chips and salsa. They charge over $3 for this little cup that they don't even fill up all the way and a half a bag of chips. An absolute rip off. Also online says they're burrito deluxes are $5.99 a piece They charged me over $7 each for them. Two small burritos and a small side of chips and salsa for over $20. Absolutely insane! Every other restaurant on Dixie like el comal, and El nopal sell small and large salsas for under $5. Shoot you can even go get salsa and chips from tumbleweed and you get more for cheaper.
It sucks they're such a rip off because their food's pretty good and they're close to My house which means I would have been eating there often and now I refuse to go.

Best authentic street carne asada tacos in louisville !!!
Food & service was great ! Place was very clean . Prices was not bad. My only complaint is little cold in building and bathroom . I would definitely recommend this place ! Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star was because of it being cold .

I’m not sure how but a 25 minute wait for 1 quesadilla and 3 tacos turned into an hour wait 🫶🏿 I’d be dumb to ever spend money here again.

Deliiii…. Everything very delicious 😋 excellent service highly recommended
Make sure you ask about prices because the prices on the menu are incorrect and then they try to up charge you once you get the bill without prior notice. Service is terrible and they take forever to bring out your items. The oyster were warm which is a huge red flag. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately i can’t recommend this place any less. i came here a few times and ended up having to stop coming because there was a confusion every time ordering food where they didn’t understand what we were trying to order. we decided on a whim to try it again tonight, we got queso and i was super watery but decided to just deal with it. my boyfriend had to go ask for a refill and decided to switch from pepsi to big red. everything else was fine until it was time to pay. my meal was $5 more than what was listen on the menu. then we noticed that we were charged for two drinks when only one was ordered, just switched when refilled. she proceeded to tell us it was because after his one cup of pepsi, which is free refill on all sodas, he asked for big red instead. she then argued with us and insisted that it made sense to charge us $7 because he wanted to switch to a big red instead of pepsi. I was really looking forward to continuing to support a local restaurant but unfortunately i’m going to have to do business elsewhere.
WE CAME TO TRY THE SEAFOOD TO SEE HOW THE FLAVOR AND SEASON ARE,

One of the best Mexican restaurants in our area of louisville. The food is amazing, the drinks are strong, but the service is iffy at best. Your cup will stay empty for a while and they will take about 15 minutes making your next drink after you wait 15 or 20 minutes for them to notice it's empty.
