Really great burgers and staff! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. From our servers to the managers on the floor - everyone was stellar!

NEVER AGAIN, Red Robin! You have now lost a customer for life. While not the first, this is certainly a rarity that I would give a restaurant only 1 star. I have always tried to look for the positive in everything.
I truly wish I had taken photos first, but I failed to. I would expect that when I pay $28 for a meal (not counting the 20% tip that I did leave, $34 total), that I would get a decent meal. The prices have gone UP and the quality/quantity of the food has gotten much SMALLER along with NOT SO GOOD service.
I ordered the Fish (Cod) and chips, but I subbed out the fries and got onion rings instead (first mistake) that you have to pay an extra $4 foron a $19 dish. Of course I could have gotten the fries (bottomless) and eaten 4-5 lbs if I wanted, but I have been craving onion rings for a while and Red Robin always had good onion rings.
I got 4 tiny filets of breaded cod (probably about 2oz each, maybe), 5 small-average onion rings and about 2oz of coleslaw. The food was hot, but that was the only good thing about the whole experience. Even the coleslaw was hot.
The kitchen staff delivered my plate to my table, turned a left. I then had to ask two different people, and wait a total of 10 minutes, just to get silverware so that I could eat. I did get my Dr Pepper refilled twice but no one asked if I wanted anything else, until AFTER I had paid my bill (at the table kiosk) and had gotten up onto my feet to leave. The lady came out to clear away the dirty dishes, and asked if I wanted anything else. I just shook my head no, and left. I certainly will not be coming back to Red Robin (most certainly, not this one). And I have been a Red Robin customer for years.

It was okay. I had the ocean blue margarita, very thankful for the amount of patron that was put in it.But the flavor of the margarita itself was terrible. The burgers were good, but we got the pretzel bites as appetizers in the center of them were really cold. It was a hit and miss experience but overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't be rushing to go back.

Red Robin is always a reliable go-to. I’ve been to many and haven’t found one anywhere that I wouldn’t go back to in a heartbeat. This one is no exception. Comfort food served in a comfortable place by people ingrained with a sense for good hospitality!! It’s not so much “a restaurant” as a culture.
Just when I think I’ve tried everything on their menu, they go and introduce something new. I may just have to visit Red more often.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and access, no problem.

We placed an order online for pickup. The lady at the hostess stand was very kind and friendly, as well as the lady that brought our order to us. My mom likes tons of ketchup, and I told the lady that, and she certainly fixed us up! Thanks for great food and great service!
Parking: It had snowed, but plenty of cleared spots.

Overall food was good, loved the garlic heavy sides. Burger was okay. Drinks were good but they left out an ingredient from one of them. Mainly, we just wished there was less pestering regarding the rewards program. We were asked a minimum of 3 or 4 times by 2 different people if we had rewards and/or if we wanted to join, which I assume is sadly a Red Robin corporate push so I hate to blame the local employees. But it is just very annoying. One person asking one is enough. No need to keep disrupting a person's meal when they have already stated they don't come often enough for it to be worth it. Would probably return at some point but that does put a damper on the experience.

Food was decent, it has as a chain definetly gone down hill in the last few years. The bathroom area smelled horrendous. Not once, but every time we go to this location, there is a terrible smell of urine breakdown products to ammonia and other urine breakdown metabolites that is off putting when you're within 15 feet of the bathroom area, which is disturbing considering it's close to the kitchen. Cleanliness is certainly questionable because of how they clean (or lack thereof) their bathrooms.

Our waitress was great, The food NOT so great the meat in the burger did not taste like beef and had a weird consistency to it. It tasted and felt like some kind of fake meat. (we could not eat burgers). And the restaurant had a horrible smell like sewage back up. Well not eat there again

Red Robin in Old Brownsboro Crossing isn't what it used to be. I ordered carryout, and was VERY disappointed in our meal. I had a burger, but I'm not sure if it was ground beef. I'm don't know how it was prepared, but it had never seen a grill! It reminded me of an old school cafeteria burger. My husband's Yukon chips were stale. We won't be back.

Onion rings always amazing. One of the burgers came out incorrectly but was quickly fixed. Great service will definitely return. If you want a good burger. This is definitely one of the better places to come. Update 2nd visit to this location. Our server Catelyn ( hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome!!!! She was very helpful answering all my questions about menu item and attentive to my gluten allergy. They have specific allergy menus, just ask. Food was great.
