The staff were extremely nice and the food was amazing. The broth in both the pork tonkotsu and chicken bourbon shoyu were so good and not heavy at all. They make the chili oil in house and was a nice addition for spice. This will definitely be my goto spot for ramen in Louisville.

Whoa! I am super bummed I waited this long to eat here. The Kaanake Japanese fried chicken appetizer was perfectly fried boneless thighs and so tasty it didn't even need a dipping sauce. I ate the app there and took my Ramen to go. I had the spicy Tonkatsu, which was beautifully packed, keeping the broth separate from the delicious noodles and other ingredients. The richness and depth of flavor offered in their broth is unparalleled in our city. This place is quaint, humble and a don't miss spot in our amazing food scene.

Parking is free street side. This is not a large place. We were told by locals to come here for the bourbon chicken ramen. Bourbon meaning Jack Daniel's. The portions are big and the sauce w the appetizer we got was great added onto my chicken. It is a locally owned business recovering from a fire that will blowtge chain food places out of the water. All the people fresh out of the convention were satisfied and ready to take on the night w full stomachs.

I've eaten a lot of ramen in my days however this is one of the best spots I've been to their bourbon ramen.. pretty much one of the best ramen dishes I've ever had little jealous I couldn't stay another day to try everything else on the menu. Went there with a large group of people even though it was a small venue it was able to accommodate everyone had good food almost no complaints about anything. We were very happy to have discovered this place and glad the locals recommended it to us. Super happy with the service so thankful they were able to even deal with my allergies. definitely top-notch with 100% recommend anyone go here who wants a fun experience and some amazing food.

Mom and pop ramen shop with innovative dishes along with delicious classics! The owners were super friendly, service was fast and efficient, and the food was some of the best I've had in Louisville! If you're into Japanese food or even just good fried chicken, you have to try this place out! For sure try their black garlic ramen or their DragonBall Z Karaage bowl!
