The staff were extremely nice and the food was amazing. The broth in both the pork tonkotsu and chicken bourbon shoyu were so good and not heavy at all. They make the chili oil in house and was a nice addition for spice. This will definitely be my goto spot for ramen in Louisville.
My brother and I sat and ate there and the food was really fantastic but the owners actual passion for the food was just as amazing. A great Ramen shop that I should have visited way sooner! Very stylish and comfy (though loud-ish) vibe. And of course the ramen itself was extremely good. Strongly recommend for dine in or takeout if you love Ramen.
