This place has the biggest wings in Louisville! The food was great, but be aware shift change is at 5 and they will switch waiters on you. With shift change coming, my server was about to leave, she seemed a bit pushy and I felt rushed to order. I’ve never been at Roosters before and wasn’t given time to look over the menu. Yes I wanted wings and might of ordered more food, but I wasn’t comfortable here.

Nikki was our server. She was phenomenal. She took great care of my party. This was my first time at this location. I enjoyed the fun sporty atmosphere. The food was magnificent! Our last few visits to Roosters in Middletown have been disappointing. The most recent being the worst. While the food is consistent, the portion size was small and the service was not good at all. I entered and the employee was on the phone. I waited and finally a hostess came to the front. Instead of helping me, she greeted people just walking thru the door. She took their name and I had to ask her to take mine. The wait was 25 minutes and our order was very slow. If I want to go to Roosters, I will go to a different location.

I had such a great experience at Roosters on Friday night! I’m a DoorDash driver, and one of the staff members (must be a manager 😊) on Friday night around 9pm went above and beyond to make me feel welcome while I waited for my order. He was so kind, generous, and even offered me a water, which was much needed and so appreciated! He’s excellent at his job and truly deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my night a little brighter!

First, know the place is first and foremost a bag (with lots of TV screens) and not a restaurant. We ordered the fish sandwich and it was god-awful. The bread was dry and tasted at least a week old in some plastic bag; the fish was thin and tough coated with a non-descript bread coating; it was topped with a very thin layer of flimsy lettuce. I ate half of it and still regret it. We got the french fries and they were OK at best; no crispy for sure. This might -- might -- be a decent spot for burgers (we didn't have one so don't know) but it seems like that would be their wheel-house. To be sure I'd recommend you just stick with the beer; they have a good selection it appears.
