It was my 1st time coming over here. The inside looks exactly what you would expect from a restaurant that prides itself with art and a beautiful atmosphere. There was a lottery machine inside that I found interesting. No, I didn't win the jackpot, but I did score a delicious meal. At the end of the day, food is what we all want, rich or poor.
The food at roosters speaks for itself. The employees here are the backbone of this establishment and deserve all the praise for their hard work and positive attitudes.
However, I regret to say that the same cannot be said for the manager. The manager’s unprofessionalism and poor communication skills were made obvious to me in a recent encounter I had. Not only did he fail to coordinate effectively with his team, but his lack of apology or offering any solution...
