A few people told me to try this place and it’s right down the street from us so we finally decided to get some take out. First off the service was slow and my husband waited forever to order. Then when he got the food home they gave us 12 wings instead of the 20 we ordered. 12 isn’t even an option on their menu so I’m not sure how they messed that up so bad. The wings weren’t that great either, plenty of other places around Louisville I would choose over this place for wings. Won’t be going back.

A nice big bar and grill. TV everywhere and an excellent place to go to watch sports. We had the loaded nachos with cheese, chili, tomatoes and peppers. It was very good. The BLT could have had a bit more B on it. My French dip was good. Would go back.

There wasn’t much effort to see if we needed refills.Edit to respond:I appreciate the offer but noting to correct that I need to be involved in, we just passed through on our way home from Nashville. Likely won’t be back that way for years.Just need to tell the bartender(s) to pay attention.

Dawn, the waitress here is fantastic! I was here in the corner stressing for hours doing work and ordered food to go for my family! She really hooked me up and said “you look like you need a hug!” which which I accepted! She was absolutely amazing!

A real gem of the east side.No shortage of televisions (one in every booth) and the best wings I have had in Louisville to date.The Homicide sauce is no joke. Seriously. If you don't eat spicy things very regularly do not try that heat level. Even then more than a few wings will wreck you. Not for the faint of heart.

Ok, so I'll start with the negative. These cheese sticks were a huge disappointment. The entire order looked like this. I even showed the waitress, and she didn't seem to care. On to the good, the wings were outstanding. I had the lemon pepper, and my friend had honey BBQ. Good size and great flavor. The waitress could have been a bit more attentive to our drink refills. Overall, I'd go back. But I will never recommend the cheese sticks. And I'm kinda bummed I had to pay for empty shells.

Rooties is a local place serving awesome food, cold beer and good times. Chilli dogs are amazing as well.

Best kept secret of the East side. Great prices on good food and beer...and if you like the Bills, you should be there for every game. Staff is friendly and always on their toes, one of the best staffed places in the area.

I have absolutely no idea how this restaurant and bar only had 3 stars. We love coming here and always have a good time. This was my third time here. Food is always out fast and cooked to perfection. Staff is so attentive and friendly. Love their location and love the ambience. Will be back!
