Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had! Their homemade sauces were fantastic. The gnudi appetizer was so good - the lemon sauce was like none other. Drinks were unique and refreshing. Everyone in our party of four enjoyed their entree - burger, salmon, hanger steak, and pesto pasta - all amazing. Our waiter, Griffin, was so fun and made great recommendations. He was even gracious when one in our party had forgotten his wallet and laughed with us as he taught us how to set up tap to pay thru Google so we didn't have to wash dishes. Lol! Be sure you don't leave without dessert - the chocolate creme brulee was out of this world. So yummy! Be sure to grab a drink in the hidden speakeasy called the Lucky Penny before you leave. Ask Griffin to clue you in on how to find the door to the Lucky Penny.

Parking: Go early as you will have to park and walk. It took us about a 5 min walk.

Quaint restaurant decor. The ham was sliced very thin and the biscuit was very small. Service was slow.

Alex and Lea were absolutely great. We decided to give them a second chance after last night with the evening staff. Alex and Lea absolutely redeemed themselves. Definitely join rosettes for breakfast.

Our brunch and delicious cocktails were exactly what we needed for a girls’ day out—let alone the fantastic energy and personality of our server, Andrea. We will definitely be back!

Mediocre for the price. Had the pork chops and it was very heavily salted and light on the side dishes. Dinner for two with a glass of wine each was around $100 all in, there are much better options in the area for that price range. It does have a good view of Market Street.

In looking for a place to spend the night in Louisville, we chose the Genevieve hotel because of the menu at their Rosettes restaurant. We were not disappointed. The house made croissants (that morning) were both warm and crispy. The hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict was one of the best we’ve had anywhere.. The poached eggs were perfect. The homemade jam was an unexpected surprise. And our server Andrea was excellent. She offered great suggestions from the menu, had beautiful and bright energy, and extended a warm southern hospitality to these out of town guests. Definitely put Rosettes on the list for your culinary enjoyment in Louisville.

Can't say the place is that good. After walking in it took about what felt like 15 minutes for the host to seat us. We (2) came in at a not so busy time, maybe two tables seated at the time. Once we finally got seated it still took a while for our server to greet us. The whole time she was not attentive in any way. The food tasted, very bad. The flavor was influenced heavily by salt and nothing else. I couldn't recommend this place in any way... Unless you want to throw some money away, then go right ahead.

The food was delicious and the staff were amazing! Great service! The table we sat at was not very sturdy. You could barely lean on it and it rocked. I worried the whole meal I was going to throw my wine on the floor.

We stopped at Rosette’s for a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day and we were seated and served promptly. An unruly gentleman was harassing the staff and causing a stir. Management came in and rectified the situation professionally. The staff and service was supreme, the food very tasty. Highly recommend! Andrea was just fabulous!

Rosettes did a great job accommodating our large party of 45 people with short notice. The service was amazing, and the coffee and potatoes were delicious. The food was pretty and we greatly enjoyed our experience!

Was hoping for better at this place because the ambience is quite charming, but the food was just ‘off’: pork chop was tough, its accompanying side garnish was alarmingly too floral in flavor; a layered dessert cake felt gummy/pasty in the mouth and was hard to cut with a fork (imagine eating a dessert cake made of layered wet flour tortillas), etc. Just not pleasant eating on many levels. The service was good.Perhaps breakfast or brunch/lunch is better? The 6th floor bar was far better - recommend trying that instead. Good drinks/appetizers and nice views of the city. Acoustics are horrible and it’s challenging to have a conversation, but definitely a great vibe.
