I travel all over the South. If this is the best you have for hot chicken, the Louisville needs a hot chicken spot. The hot was so salty I ate two of my 4 tenders. Fries were good and the counter guy nice. Would have been nice to watch a ballgame versus cartoons or whatever the hell was on the TVs. The chicken was not good

Food is ok, but ridiculous delivery prices lost my business. All their food item prices are higher on GrubHub+, which is unfortunately the norm for a lot of places, but now they tack on an extra $14 in fees on top when it was $3 last time I ordered. After the higher prices, fees, tax, and tip, my total went from $30 to over $60 for the same order pickup vs delivery, even with the premium GH plan (weekday afternoon). Get real. They priced this customer out.
Went back for dine-in (they don't have parking if you're wondering). Food wasn't very good this time around at all. Seating is weird, and they forgot one of my items. Everyone seemed nice, but pretty disappointing overall.

1st time ordering delivery, Caviar delivery was great, my fries were great, chicken tenders, not so much. Pink on the inside, cold, and no seasoning, plus the chicken smells weird. Disappointed, I spent so much money for this.

It was good but nothing special. Macaroni and cheese was dry. Chicken tenders were cooked perfectly. Spicy wedges did not have a bit of spice but the strawberry alcoholic slushy made up for everything it was absolutely great. I'd go back for the slushy....
