I hate leaving negative reviews but I can’t not leave one. First time going to Ruth Chris, was super excited. Got all dressed up with my fiancé for her 21st birthday and was ready for a great meal. That’s not what we got, I ordered a ribeye medium rare and she ordered a filet medium, her filet came barely cooked and my ribeye came out medium well, sides were okay but not really much flavor. Atmosphere was awesome but the food left a very bad taste and I will not be returning

Had a 615pm reservation on 4/9 and service was extremely slow. The server was attentive but it took too long between ordering, getting drinks, salads, and the entrees. To begin, our chopped salads were mistakenly taken to another table. No one let us know of the mixup and we didn’t get our salads until 7pm. We then waited another 30 to 40 minutes for the entree’s and the sides. When I questioned the server, he stated that there were 2 events going on and that the kitchen was “stressed”. We finally got our main dishes around 735pm…. an hour and twenty minutes after being seated. Food was excellent and hopefully staffing will be adjusted in the future when events are scheduled.

If this was my first time here, i'd never come back. Super slow service, over 2 hours to get through the meal. AND...my wife's steak was wrong, not once, but twice. So what did they offer her? A free dessert. Hang on, she literally ordered the combo plate that included dessert ! Thanks for nothing! The server was plenty nice, just did things one step at a time as if we wanted to spend all night at there. Thinking we won't be back it was so bad. Plus the steak issue. Would have thought they'd at least charge her less for the steak. Last time we were there the service was top notch. What happened Ruth's Chris?

This experience was a let down. I first experience was down in Florida and amazing from that I could remember. The staff was friendly but didn't really care that we didn't finish our appetizer and complained about it. The lobster bisque had a overwhelming after taste that was not enjoyable so we didn't finish the soup. The wedge salad have a very thick dressing like a paste. Flavor was average and I definitely had better. The main dishes were to salty the steak we like a salt block. They cooked it great where is melted in your mouth but failed on flavor. The lobster salty butter and dipping it in the butter was too much. The cream of Spinach and mashed potatoes were again too salty with butter. The best part was thr cheese cake with fruit, that was tasty. Nice view of the city but to cold this time of year. Final thought I would not be back. The mens bathroom smelled like piss so bad.

This classic restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the building with a panoramic view of the city. Which we chose to celebrate the last day of the year, even our experience was pleasant, there were some details that we did not expect. As for the menu, they have various cuts of meats, seafood and fish, as well as side dishes with an excellent flavor; although it should be noted that perhaps because of the mode of preparation and service, the presentations looked a little dirty and neglected. The attention of the service was acceptable in general, although it is worth highlighting the little patience of some person at the time of attending to the diners. Our expectations were higher. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️
