I purchased four new Pirelli tires from Sam’s club, Preston Highway Louisville KY, in August of 2024. I am posting this in May 2025. Tire still under warranty, however they of course claim it’s a mechanical issue is why the tire wore improperly. I have had multiple tires on this car and have never had an issue. Either they didn’t install the tire properly or the tire had mechanical issues. Bottom line is they would not cover the tire under the warranty. The service was poor at the counter, as well. Robert was nice, but very slow and didn’t seem to know a whole lot about what he was doing. Had to keep leaving the desk and coming back. The manager claimed there was a mechanical issue and they would not replace the tire under and was absolutely no help at all.
When I arrived, the first day, to address the tire issue. The tire was apparently not in stock at that location. They claimed they could not help me check other stores to see if they had the tire in stock. I had to call around to the other locations to find out if they had the tire. I located it, but because the tire was installed at the Preston location, I had to have the tire serviced there. I had to set up an appointment for the following day. The customer service was poor, the tire seemed faulty, in my opinion, however they would not replace the tire under warranty. I did understand, the tire itself would be prorated and I would have to pay something, but for them to do nothing was ridiculous.
Poor service, time to get a Costco membership and dump my Sam’s membership.
We have ordered our birthday cakes from here for years. We have recently switched to ordering them from Meijer because the bakery staff is always rude at Sam's. They act like you have walked into their home and asked them to bake you a cake. Now they tell you to order online but they don't have the same choices online that they do in the book at the bakery. Clearly Sam's no longer wants our business. I have a huge family. We order at least once a month. Meijer is happy to receive our business.

It's my favorite place to buy groceries for the week. They have a very varied offer with good prices and many other items. The attention is very good and excellent organization.

I put my cake order in for my parent’s ANNIVERSARY on Friday, 05/26 to get picked up on Wednesday, 05/31. Before I left on Friday, 05/26 I made sure I told the woman working the size etc. I asked her to go over the details with me and she did, I also was given a purple ticket, which meant I was good and just needed to show this to pick up. Today is Wednesday 05/31 I came to “pick up” at 10:45 am and was told the cake was not made because I did not check a cake size or flavor, which was discussed with the woman and she even went over all the details with me, she told me buttercream and I made sure to tell her 10 inc. Well here we are today 05/31 no cake was made. Also they were extremely rude to a woman trying to put in an order stating those days were full to get cupcakes which was this weekend they did not even try compromising.UPDATE: I finally spoke with a manager, which I apologize because I forgot his name but he was extremely helpful and understanding! He was able to accommodate me today and I am thankful but I hope this never happens to anyone else!
They were a bit low on inventory in some areas, but in all fairness we were there at night.
Manager ‘Jamar’ is verbally abusive to his staff and should be investigated. All the managers below him are his personal friends so they get away with the worst.

I love the convenience of sams but a lot is lacking. Last time I was there I was trapped behind a row of carts. I waited patiently for over 45 mins until finally the car in front of me pulled out so I could just pull forward. Then today I try to go early as I am a plus member but apparently I don’t have the correct color card so I was turned away... I upgraded to the plus and was never told I needed a different colored card. I’ve lost a card and was still given the green one even though I’m a plus member. Could they not even scan the card to see? Smh ?♀️
