I don’t who these people are on here with these reviews. But I call bs. The food has mold on/in it. You can look at it & tell it’s been sitting for damn ever! Stop wasting your money seriously. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN!

My mother went into this establishment today to get a 2 piece chicken. So she only had a 50$ bill. The lady behind the counter told her it was fake. My mother explained to her she left it in her pocket accidentally and it got washed. Also she got it from her bank. The lady still refuse to take it and wrote fake on the bill. It's sad that businesses will continue to lose money because of ignorance. We have seen a lot of businesses go down because of it, went to Indi's not only did they take it. The chicken was good and bug free. If you all are finding bugs in their, that's a Health Department issue for me!!!!

Food is great. I've had the ribs and lots of chicken from here most of the time it is great occasionally it may be old but most of the time great. The side are usually fresh, if not I suggest asking for fresh chicken and sides. Services is lacking but what can you expect with what they deal with everyday. Best to go dirt daylight hours, as the area can get rough sometimes. Overall I'd say one of the top 5 soul food restaurants in Louisville.

I just left there a 6-piece with wedges and a 8-piece with wedges small apple cobbler small green beans. $32.14.. they gave me greens instead of green beans the cobbler no crust soaked in butter and sugar. I WON'T BE BACK. . SAD I ALWAYS TRY TO SUPPORT ANY

This was my first visit. The fish is fried upon ordering, which is nice. However, to my surprise, the sides are in very small containers, which are more like samplers with your meal. The food tastes good.

this place is disgusting !! don’t even think about eating here i have a bad stomachache from bugs being in my chicken i’m overly disgusted and disappointed since this is my first time trying this place out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would this spot is dirty and gross found a long bug in my 6pcs chicken and they wouldn’t allow me a refund, crazy right?

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I was picking with my chicken then I seen a bug inside of it . I’m so disappointed and disgusted. I went back to the store and they refused to give me my Money back even with proof and all . I am currently 9 months pregnant n this was a huge disappointment .
