Well, it’s Friday and I just ordered a three piece spicy chicken dinner and what I got was three crusty, old, dried out chicken thighs. I was gonna ride back up there tonight to see if they will replace it, but they know they close at 12 and they know what they were doing by selling me the old chicken at this time of the night knowing that if I come back, they will be closed. I really like this place but if they serve like this one more time, I’ll carry my business elsewhere. Thanks, Dixie chicken.💯

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years, now the past two visits they’ve given me old food and the wrong side dish. On top of that, why did they charge me a different convenience fee for using my bank card on two visits. Thirty four cents was the first fee on 3/3/2025, and a fourty two cents fee on 3/9/2025. I’m seriously pissed off about the service that they are providing.
