We participated in The Chef’s Table event. The ad said “All you care to have”, but when we arrived the food was pre-portioned in appetizer sized portions (fish was literally one bite!) and there were signs that you were only allowed one. What really makes that a shame is that the little that was on the plate was really delicious. It certainly was not worth the $30 per person.
I liked it! A bit pricey for some items, but spot on for others. I had the fish special which was an interesting salmon dish. $28 and worth it! My husband had the burger $17. Not a good choice. We had the appetizer skewers $13 which were delicious and the chocolate tahini cake $11 which really surprised us flavor wise. Booked a reservation an hour and a half before a show. Took almost an hour to receive a burger and pork chop. Burger was dry and overcooked. Pork chop was the same-could hardly slice into it. No table service at bar tables and the lines at the counter make it hard to even get a water refill. We 've eaten there before prior to shows and it's still the same slow service , same mediocre food. We like the idea of going to one location to be able to dine and see a show, but...
