We’re from Cincinnati and miss Schlotzsky's Deli and decided to drop by while driving through Louisville. Their original sandwich is just the way I remember, so delicious. So delicious that we had to stop back a week later going home. This restaurant is kept well cleaned and well managed. It shows that the staff respects each other and their customers. We wish Schlotzsky's would return to Cincy.

I eat here once or twice a week and it's consistently good. Today I forgot my wallet and the manager allowed me to come back and pay for my meal later. Needless to say I'll be coming back again.

I ordered for pick up BY ACCIDENT to this location. When I called to have my order canceled and refunded, the man stated that he would take care of this, cancel it and it should be removed from my charges. I checked with my bank and the order was never canceled and I was still charged for the meal I had no way of picking up.
It was irritating to learn that nothing was done after being told it would be.

First time here, never heard of it, will not be back, better ways to spend your lunch money
So cold in there everytime we go I. You could hang meat in there. We usually eat outside but that day it was raining. Some others people came out to there car and get jacket and a blanket. We just sat in our car and ate. And took there trays back in .I understand it get hot in kitchen that's why you have 2 Thermostats one for dining and one for kitchen.use to be in food service.
