I am so sick of going to places where you order food at the counter, pick your own food up at the counter, get your own drink, and then get prompted for a tip at the counter when you pay in advance while the cashier stands there staring at the screen waiting to see how much you are going to tip before they make your meal. People need to start taking the stand against this practice and boycotting places that do this. It’s getting way out of control.

I am from the west coast and ate at Schlosky's as a kid growing up. The sandwiches are unique and flavorful. Anytime I'm in the area I eat here. The service is friendly and great. Food is always delicious. I usually get order togo and everything is always on point.

We stopped at the Schlotzkys restaurant in Naperville, Illinois, only to discover dining in was not an option, only the drive thru was open. So we ordered through the drive thru. When we pulled up to the window, we started visiting with the woman, and we told her we were returning home to Minnesota from a trip to Kentucky where we had dinner at the Schlotzkys in Louisville on Friday night and went out of our way to stop this evening to have Schlotzkys again since Minnesota does not have any Schlotzkys anymore. She was so moved that she offered us a free drink or chips. She was very nice and personalble. Loved the sandwiches!

Great service. First time trying Schlotzky's and it was delicious. The space was clean and had plenty of space to eat in.
We’re from Cincinnati and miss Schlotzsky's Deli and decided to drop by while driving through Louisville. Their original sandwich is just the way I remember, so delicious. So delicious that we had to stop back a week later going home. This restaurant is kept well cleaned and well managed. It shows that the staff respects each other and their customers. We wish Schlotzsky's would return to Cincy.

I eat here once or twice a week and it's consistently good. Today I forgot my wallet and the manager allowed me to come back and pay for my meal later. Needless to say I'll be coming back again.

I ordered for pick up BY ACCIDENT to this location. When I called to have my order canceled and refunded, the man stated that he would take care of this, cancel it and it should be removed from my charges. I checked with my bank and the order was never canceled and I was still charged for the meal I had no way of picking up.
It was irritating to learn that nothing was done after being told it would be.
