Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered ahead and the drinks weren’t ready. Gave us the wrong order drink then took it back and when giving the other drinks the lid wasn’t closed all the way and the HOT coffee spilled everywhere and burned my mom’s hand. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never be back.
