Place is not good I heard there was a satanist running this coffee shop and k do not support that the first time I went there and got a drink they put a some type of wrapper in the drink and I almost choked on the wrapper luckily my friend was right to hit the wrapper out never again yall need

My only Scooter's experience is this location as someone new to this area. The first time I went I asked for a recommendation comparable to a drink I like at another coffee chain. The barista recommended something kinda off the wall from what I was asking for... I ended up saying the suggested drink sounded great (it didn't) but it was sweeter than what I was going for... & I asked to get a vanilla latte or whatever they had similar to that because a line was forming and I got nervous about holding people up behind me. The barista seemed annoyed that I didn't like her suggestion and was kind of sarcastic the rest of the interaction. This made me not want to come back. I wasn't sure why she seemed upset with me even though I tried to be nice about not wanting to take her suggestion. Several months later I finally went back again with a drink in mind beforehand. But as I was leaving, I realized the lid smelled like a strong Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer or a strong perfume. I took the lid off and took a sip. It tasted fine and I could tell *no perfume was in the drink* so I drank it without the lid because I didn't want another negative exchange. I ended up having to put the lid on the floor of my car because I could still smell it from the cup holder. Your workers shouldn't be able to use strong perfumes, lotions, or sanitizers while at work. They need to be trained on how to interact with new customers and all customers. I wish I had asked for another lid, that's on me... but I didn't because of that first experience. I would like to try another location and if that's not good, I will have to believe this is how all of you operate.
