I have been a daily customer at the 3410 preston hwy louisville,Ky 40213 location since it was built. I have always experienced very good customer service until here in recent months. I have overlooked the rudeness of this employee, thinking that maybe she isn't a morning person. I get there shortly after the business opens. The service is fast and friendly. For me the coffee tastes pretty bad, but something like a latte is alright. In fairness I have never tried any of their food, or beverages other than the hot coffee and coffee drinks
Love the guy working today not only did I have a bit of an odd order but I get up to the window only to realize I had forgot my card, not only did we manage to make it work with my app ( free drink) but his attitude about it was amazing from start to finish! I usually go to a different location but from now on this is the one I will frequently go to ❤️
