I purchased some food online and received a couple of text updates (one saying my order was ready). When my husband went up to pick up our order the restaurant was closed. I was still charged for my food. I’m currently waiting for my refund, and I would recommend you update your store hours. I also sent a message via the website.

The food was great. Definitly some of my favorite hummus I've had, and the falafel was very good. They were short a few menus items when I went to I got the chicken shawarma. I enjoyed it.
It was pretty good. Food was a little greasy, but other than that, I'd recomend it to a friend.Kid-friendliness: There us a karate place next door. At night you hear the kids getting all excited. I would say that makes it pretty kid friendly.
Service was great and easy, the server at the front offered good recommendations and was very kind!

3/10 Update: Sadly the experience keeps dipping. Each time we return, orders take longer, the staff less friendly, fewer ingredients in the entrees. The last order took over an hour, and we received beef instead of the chicken we ordered. I really hope they can turn it around.

I am always looking for Mediterranean food around Louisville (because there aren’t many) and this place was great! The food and the Turkish coffee were spot on. Definitely will be coming back

I just ordered $40 worth of food online for pickup. We arrived at the restaurant and they were closed. Lights out and no one answered the phone. What made matters worse they charged my account. We ordered around 2pm and they stated our food wouldd be ready at 2:20pm. We got there at 2:10pm. Doors were locked and lights out. Would not recommend this place. Now we have to fight to get our money back. If I could rate this place a zero I would.
