The service is great. The food can be hit or miss. Some times they have off days, but over all it's a good place to eat

The service was excellent. The place has a huge menu. The portion sizes were too big for us. We took half of each of our entrƩes home. The food was fine.

Met some very precious friends here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Weather was conducive so we were able to sit outside on the patio. Our young server was attentive, helpful and our food was delicious! We gathered at 11:30a and the last of the stragglers didn't depart until 2:30p. The restaurant lunch rush had calmed and the servers were in no way trying to rush us off! Such a great reunion of friends over lunch! We will return!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m hopeful this will be seen and taken into consideration. Went for brunch this past weekend. Server was fine- not friendly, but not rude. He never asked if we needed anything, which felt left our very friendly group feeling like an inconvenience to ask for another mimosa, an appetizer, etc. I wish I had taken photos. I ordered the croissant sandwich with a side of fruit. The croissant was visibly charred (black) and looked like they flattened it like a smash burger. The sausage was overcooked and the eggs were bland. Sandwich didn’t come with cheese like the menu listed. When I asked the server if I could have a slice of cheese and he asked what kind, I asked for the kind of cheese that was supposed to come on the sandwich. With no acknowledgment that the sandwich was prepared wrong, he brought a cup of cold, shredded cheese. The fruit cup tasted funny the first few bites, then I discovered there was a rotten piece of watermelon at the bottom. Gross! At no point did anyone ask if the food came out correctly or even check in with us once food was out. Tracking down the server for a refill was a task. Again, he wasn’t rude but was not helpful. Super disappointing experience and I will not be returning. I recommend going elsewhere unless you are ok with below average experience for cheap mimosas.

Hoping that the GM / Front of House Manager sees this. I gave 1 star for service. This rating is an opportunity for training. Our waiter was - simply bad. He might have been brand new; he might have been pulled from back of house; he might just not be very good. That is on management - not the waiter.
We were there on 9/9 for my wife’s birthday on the patio. The wine menu was changing over-he could not speak to it. I gave up and went into the bar to figure it out for myself. The waiter never mentioned specials. So we assumed there were none. He never brought us condiments or asked if we would like to add a salad to our entree. Another table with 4 lovely ladies finally had enough and flagged him down. Their glasses were empty and their bottle was empty. ā€œSorry, I just thought you guys were chillin’.ā€
Now. Right next to us was a wonderful waitress. I wish we were in her section! She mentioned the specials(that’s how we found out); she was aware of the changing wine list and had a great conversation with her table about the wine menu. Eventually the table agreed on a different wine but she gave it to them at the price on the current, not updated, wine menu.
I gave a 15% tip. I seriously have not done that in years. I usually tip 20% to 25% because I used to be a waiter and bartender. Once in a while even a 30% tip. I’m sure your waiter did not have a clue why we were - a bunch of old cheapskates.
He needs to be coached up or unfortunately coached out. He lost out on more money and so did the restaurant. We would have ordered specials; we would have ordered more wine. But we just gave up and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Great service and even better food! Everything we ordered was delicious and high quality. The seafood was especially fresh, the fries were tasty, and the sweet tea hit the spot. The beignets are also good!! Selena is a great place for both brunch and dinner. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

We had the stuffed shrimp which was good. And the cajun sampler platter was bland and mediocre at best. Will try something else next time.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! Sat at the bar, Eric immediately greeted us and was so great during our entire visit. Seriously my favorite Caesar salad dressing I’ve had. Saw the patio on the way out it’s perfect. Cannot wait to come back.
