I went here for lunch today and was told it was crazy that I thought I was ordering the lunch special. I sent a receipt to the manager who responded that I needed to specify whether I wanted the lunch special, although my receipt was timed 12:44 (lunch). At Holiday Manor, it’s automatically applied and I’ve never asked about a lunch special. Instead of being told that’s crazy, the problem should have been fixed before the food was made. No resolution was made whatsoever. Very unprofessional. If the lunch menu price is “crazy” then you shouldn’t offer it and insult your patrons for expecting it.

The salad was bitter to the point of not being edible. The raw onions were cut in pieces bigger than my mouth. Bread was stale and very hard. They put the chicken with the shrimp in the same container with the rice and sweet potato fries. I guess they have lost me. They used to be one of my favorite places. My whole meal was very expensive and not worth it.

Good and very healthy food, but crazy expensive. Wraps are now $12.50, 13.5 & 17.5. Lunch for 2 would run $25-35 + beverages.

A colorful restaurant environment, in a great location. The food rates better than Taziki's or The Grape Leaf, but not quite the level of Kebab House.Our food was great, but it came out slow. It didn't come with silverware or napkins, so I had to grab plastic ones myself. There is no table service- we got our own refills and bussed our own plates, so I wouldn't recommend tipping here. (They prompt for tip at time of order, before any service has been rendered.)The front door has a tendency to stick open, which is pretty uncomfortable during cold months. I had to get up several times and pull it closed. The staff didn't seem to notice.The patio area on the sidewalk is quite nice, but I wouldn't recommend sitting out there during rush hour because of noise and fumes.Kid-friendliness: It's a casual environment where a kid would not be disruptive. They even have some kids books available to read while you wait for the food.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door has stairs w/ handrail.

Mmm great food , good portions at a reasonable price!! We went with some friends on a Friday night and there was only 2 people eating inside but by the time we left it was packed!! I ordered the chicken wrap with sidewinder fries and it was a excellent choice , the wrap was huge with a great spicy sauce that was amazing, my wife ordered the pinnate and she was happy with it ! We also ordered a appetizer of grilled mushrooms which I thought was the best I've ever had!! We will definitely be back!!
We love the chicken kabobs at Shiraz. We live in mid-north Indiana and we will find excuses to drive the 3 hours to Louisville to eat at Shiraz. The service is always friendly and helpful. They seem to be a very popular place.
