We go there a lot but no more! Went tonight and it took over 40 minutes for a dine in medium pizza when we got our pizza the crust was burnt in places. The dough was extremely undercook inside doughy and the cheese was chewy like it wasn’t cooked all the way. We went and asked for our money back for the pizza because it wasn’t edible and we didn’t want to be sick. We were then told they didn’t do refunds and all they could do is remake it which would have taken an hour because there was already a room full of people waiting. Poor customer service! You won’t get us back and we came in pretty regular.
The woman that helped us was awesome she was polite and friendly and treated us well.
The other dude at the counter was a complete tool, he was cocky and rude and didn’t give a damn for manners and how to treat “customers”.
The food was middle of the Road pizza, Just a smidge below a Hometown but a step above Papa johns.
For an $80 bill family of four you would expect better drink cups, and better than plastic silverware. Pizza was soggy and floppy needs a strong fork.

Food was great! Had the cheese bread, greek pizza, pizza sub, and cinnamon sticks. All great! We sat outside in the beautiful weather.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, my 9 year old ate so much. Laid back.

Pizza is VERY doughy, dense and heavy, we got thin crust and it was brick like, yet even cooked well done, it was soggy & a lot of flop, not crisp at all. Post Pizza & Wheated & Mozza Pi are far superior.

I'm thinking this is the best kept secret in Louisville. I recently visited for the first time and just visited again. This really is great pizza! I will be a regular now.

I purchased a pizza from Sicilian (Bardstown location) about 3 months ago and have gone back every Friday since. The pizza is excellent and the owner (she) has a wonderful personality. If you haven’t been to Sicilian you need to go. I had their cannoli for the first time today; they do Sicily proud.

Absolutely would not visit this restaurant! For $40.00 you should have utensils that are not plastic, should be able to get dressing of your choice. When asked for different dressing came to the table to retrieve the one given that I did not want, definitely not sanitary to not know if something could have been done to it then take it back to give to someone else. So for another charge of $1:05 I received a dressing of my choice. Lasagna was burnt and the bread stick black and so tough it could not be eaten.

Obviously the pizza is a MUST here but if you’re thinking of dessert you HAVE to get the cannolis! They’re so fresh and chilled to perfection with a super great crunch. Definitely a must have for me!

I think this might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Service was great. Only took about 10-15min to get our food after we ordered. Highly recommend.
