Exhibit A: The Scene Legal theme everywhere: Menus labeled The Trial, sides filed In Addendum, shakes under The Verdict. Burger names like Ambulance Chaser, Death Penalty, Double Jeopardy, Jack McCoy, and The Judge’s Chambers set precedent before the first bite. Exhibit B: The Evidence The burgers are thick, juicy, and legitimately great — case closed on that question. An appetizer plus a burger will acquit even a hearty appetite, and for the truly ravenous, those “massive” builds are a mandatory minimum sentence. Fries and sides do their due diligence. Counsel for Service The wait staff were fast, funny, and professional—and, noted without objection, the most remarkably attractive crew this side of the Mississippi. They work together as a very efficient team with friendly service and winning cross-table banter. Objection (Sustained) Only sustained objection: The volume of the music. Not a mistrial, but I’d love the decibels dialed back from “jury selection in a jet hangar” to “voir dire at room temperature.” Procedural Note File your reservation early. I walked in around 5:30 p.m. on a Friday and there were only two tables available. Consider that to be your statute of limitations. Verdict Beyond a reasonable doubt, the Sidebar is a great place to unwind with excellent, thick burgers and a playful legal schtick that actually lands. If you can handle a lively room, you’ll leave satisfied and maybe planning your next appeal—er, visit. Sentence: Return for another round. Case closed.

We (husband and I) popped in here for dinner on a Monday night. The bar has a nice ambiance. The Old Fashioned was very good. We had burger and truffle fries, both very good. Some friends joined us after their dinner else where and ordered milkshakes. Those were quite outstanding! I would go back for drinks or dinner or milkshakes at anytime!

We were met at the front door with open arms and conversation, I felt really welcome at the experience, EVERY person that approached our table engaged us warmly as they did their part of the dinner experience, the food was excellent as was evident by the empty plate in front of me and the almost empty ones in front of my friends. The whole experience left us full, very happy, and definitely going back, if not for the food, for the atmosphere. Great place. Definitely worth it.
