I have eaten here multiple times. I usually get the Pad Thai. It is the best I have ever had. The place usually has decent service. The prices are pretty good and comparable of other places I give them a five star every time.
First time visiting this Simply Thai as I usually eat at the Middletown one. Had a superb dinner here! Atmosphere was great. It was busy but the noise level was moderate so you could carry on a conversation. Service was fantastic, serves was attentive and kept the drinks filled. The food was fresh hot and absolutely flavorful. The yellow curry was some of the best I’ve had around town!
Most of our food was good but my husband found 2 hairs in his entree and our server took the hair to the kitchen and said no one in the kitchen had that hair color. They did not offer to comp his dish…only offered 15% off of that entree, so basically $5 off.
I was so disappointed in that decision. Too many other good Thai restaurants to continue to frequent this one. Simply Thai, all you had to do was comp the meal and all would be forgiven. But $5 off is ridiculous.
