Simply Thai has long been a favorite of our family. Recent changes will have us confused and disappointed. My beloved, normally flavorful pineapple fried rice was bland and as dry as sawdust when ordered recently. My daughter found a very long hair in her red curry and my other daughter recently quit ordering curry dishes at Simply Thai all together because the taste has completely changed. I’m sad what was once a consistent go to is becoming an avoid at all costs. Not sure...
Thai restaurant with vegan options. Every time I’ve been here, I can’t get away from ordering the drunken noodles with tofu. They do a good vegan option of this dish with large portions. 2 locations, Middletown usually less crowded than St. Matthews.
The food was out of this world! Definitely recommend the pineapple fried rice and the pad thai. However, what was even better was Edward. Edward was the most helpful, polite, and charming server ever. We will definitely come back! Thank you, Edward!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
