Food was horrible. Ordered to go. The egg rolls were mostly raw. The salmon in the salmon mango was so overcooked a steak knife would not cut through it. The red curry chicken had one piece of chicken and about a hundred bamboo shoots. The lo mein side never made it into the order. When I called to talk to someone only the hostess answered and just put me on hold until I gave up. Never again, there are so many better choices than crappy Simply Thai

Consistently really really poor service and long wait times. For whatever reason, the waitstaff here just doesn't seem to give a shit about anything. Meanwhile the cooks in the back are super inconsistent. The Wallace ave location is SO MUCH BETTER, that I cannot figure out how this Middletown location is not only profitable but remains in business. I refuse to go here anymore.

Food is always tasty! I usually am basic and order their chicken pad Thai spicy level 2. Their sushi is great as well. I normally opt for the bourbon salmon roll. Relaxing atmosphere and awesome fish tank at entrance (Middletown location). Service has always been good and prompt!

Eggrolls and mango salmon are so delicious! The fried rice was really good especially with the mango sauce from the salmon! Get everything a spice level 2, perfect amount of spice but not spicy!

Owners STEAL tips from employees. They did this to myltiple employees over several years and if you spoke up about it you wrre fired in retaliation. There was a huge investigation done by the department of labor on this place and they were found GUILTY and given a hefty fine! Think twice about who you're giving your money to for mediocre thai food. Try somewhere else that treats their employees better and isn't run by terrible people.
