I am not from the area, and don’t have a smashburger location near me, I was looking for a good burger and came to smashburger, so many things on the menu and CJ at the front made sure I knew what everything was and was very helpful for me when I was trying to order. The food was amazing and like I said earlier the service from CJ was amazing.
I ordered food online, and while it was ready 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time, that was the only positive. Everything except my shake was the wrong temperature, and even the shake was missing ingredients. On top of that, the employees didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in. Overall, a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
