Ordered to bacon double Burger and the kids crispy tender meal the bacon on the burger was limp and fatty. The brussel sprouts tasted good but I don't think they are meant to be hard. The kids meal should have come with honey mustard and side. Didn't get either. Also order was delivered with no utensils and no napkins. Won't go
Worst Smashburger I’ve ever been to or ordered from. No matter what time I order, no matter if it’s for delivery or pickup, no matter how big the order is they’re constantly cancelled. Order delivery? You’ll wait for 45 minutes only to have the order cancelled. Order for pickup? Cancelled. If you’re lucky you’ll be notified. If you’re not you’ll show up to pick up your order only for them to tell you it was cancelled. Horrible service.

We walked down forna shake but they were out. :( it was a bust weekend for sure. Food was good. Service was friendly.
Food was fine, but not amazing. Service was lacking as well. They said they were short staffed and just had a rush, but with 2 people standing around waiting to get food out of the kitchen while not taking any orders for 20 minutes was a terrible experience.

Smash Burger in Louisville, Ky service is horrible (45 Minute Wait). Atmosphere was very disorganized and dirty. No straws for drinks. They ran out of Burger Buns! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

This is false advertising. You CANNOT get a OG Double Classic for 6.99. The cashier acted sarcastic when I ordered it. The price was over 10 dollars. There are no terms or conditions, it just states DOUBLE CLASSIC 6.99. The rudeness from the cashier at 12pm when lunch was in full swing was utterly appalling. That was a instant turn off and you immediately lost business. I walked away from the line and when my coworker got his food, left. I went online and there it is, the 6.99 OG Double Classic deal.

Smash Burger was very busy when we went there, so this review is purely about the food. My burger was decent it was a little overdone then I would've wanted. The fries were well made but needed just a little more salt. Staff seemed to be upbeat and working efficiently for the 30 or so people in line.Wheelchair accessibility: Smash Burger is on the sidewalk, so it is flat enough to get in.

Worst wait experience ever. Got to the front of the line and they stopped taking orders. They were too busy fulfilling online orders and didn't bother with any of the people who actually lined up. Waited over 30 mins with not a single order taken and not even told by the cashier they're no longer taking orders. 50 people literally standing in line for no reason, time wasted. Worst customer experience I've ever had. I'm never going to a smashburger again.
