Sign says open at 4:30am. It’s past 4:30 and Staff says they will not open for at least 30 minutes . Staff also suggested eating at Chili’s instead of her because they will not open for a while . Why have a sigh that says 4:30 if it’s not correct ?

No season on burger.
Place had a unique smell.
Not that I disagree with it, but bathrooms had locks on the door.
Shakes melted a little too fast.
No ice in beer cooler.
Fries were good and hot.

Videos on line had it seem more than what it was, $100 for 5 people.

Appreciated the discount for soldiers/veterans.

The man working the counter didn’t say hello and simply grunted at me. He then proceeded to put his name tag in his mouth and chew on it while my sandwich was made. I am so glad he wasn’t making food for people.

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to place my order to have the guys taking orders stop what he was doing today and tell everyone he was no longer taking anymore orders. It was 2pm!! At leave 7 people in line. Gate b. We had to go down to gate A to get food. Way to lose money and customers!!!

Stopped at Smash Burger in the Louisville airport and ordered the classic single smash burger. The smash sauce has a mayo-mustard base and added a nice tang to the juicy, flavorful patty.

The burger came out hot and fresh, and honestly tasted great—but I had to wait about 20 minutes. My order was cooked out of sequence, and a few numbers after me were served first. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and reminded the team to follow the order queue. The only other thing: the patty didn’t quite fill the bun. While I don’t think I got shorted on the portion, the uneven look might give that impression. Still, the taste made up for it, and I’d definitely eat here again.

They do a lettuce wrap. They can attempt to be gluten free gf. Very easy to do - just ask and they are happy to do it. Don’t know if it is possible to make the lettuce wrap request on the kiosk. Very nice team.

horrible and slow service. charged us twice. then made us ho to the back of the line before we could fix it. cook was eating food while still cooking. under staffed and definitely low rate employees.

Awesome staff. Lady behind the counter was alone and acting as cashier and server. She remained polite and calm even as the line grew. She apologized to everyone for the minor wait and took great care of each customer. SMASHBURGER, please allow customers to give tips on credit cards! They deserved them today! Great service

Employee is RUDE!! When I asked for a PRINTED RECEIPT they pointed to a sign and said they COULD NOT GIVE ONE! When I asked again and that I needed one for business expenses reimbursement, they said "THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM!" No way to contact corporate customer service WITHOUT a RECEIPT. What a joke of a business!
