Hi! I don’t usually leave negative reviews but my experience today at smoothie king was not ideal. It took 30 minutes to get my bowl, and then the worker told me that she had set it out and we missed it, but we were watching the whole time and she never said my name. So she said she would remake it and the quality was so low. It was runny and the toppings were very slim. For 11 dollars it was a real let down. I’ve been here before and enjoyed it so this was very disappointing.

I love this location because they always do a amazing job at this one making it the best one in Louisville by far, for example I got delivery and they made sure to put the tape over the straw hole showing how much they care for the customers well being making me highly impressed. (This was the promotional cup so it wasn't the stereotypical in the middle like the others) If they didn't care they wouldn't have even paid attention to it.

Gotta say that the whole staff at this bardstown rd location is very helpful, but Hunter the manager(I think)goes above and beyond every time.Time for a raise, corporate! Can’t find that kind of employee easily.
