Gotta say that the whole staff at this bardstown rd location is very helpful, but Hunter the manager(I think)goes above and beyond every time.Time for a raise, corporate! Can’t find that kind of employee easily.

The young lady that just took my order about 10 minutes ago was extremely rude. She didn't want to be there. She was acting like I was a problem. I'm a loyal customer to this location. I spent about 45 to 50 bucks a day. I come at least twice a day but this is my first encounter with this young lady. I'm not for sure what's going on in her life but it can't be good. I have never been treated this way ever in my 40 years of living. When she got done making my smoothie she threw the spoon and straw on the on the counter for me to go grab. I would never never come back to this location. I do not recommend you go there or maybe it could just be me but I will never go back

There are many choices and the place just has a clean and healthy vibe to it. Its pricy but there's alot going on in those smoothies. Service team is always polite and on point.

I go to SK every freaking single day, I spend hundreds of dollars a month. Money I don't have, but I love the Mango Ginger Smoothie. 1st of all the app SUCKS BALLS, I normally order online and pick up, but this shitty app keeps saying something went wrong, clear cart. So I had no choice but to go in the store and order, which took freaking FOREVER. So, the person making my 2 smoothies did not read the print out correctly and only put enough ingredients to make a 32oz smoothie. He apparently cannot read and did not see that I ordered a 32oz and a 20oz Mango Ginger. Instead of this dumb ass going ahead and blending up the 32oz and started making another 20oz mango ginger, this Einstein Smoothie King employee started adding more ingredients to the blender. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe it will be ok. But then after the smoothies finished blending, he waited another 5mins before pouring them into cups. I was running late by this time to pick up my daughter. I left quickly, but I tell you what, that was the most disgusting Mango Ginger I have ever tasted. I threw them both out. SMOOTHIE KING YOU OWN ME A 32OZ AND A 20OZ SMOOTHIE. THIS NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE IN MY REWARDS ASAP. MAKE THIS HAPPEN OR I AM DONE WITH SMOOTHIE KING. I WORK HARD EVERYDAY FOR MY LITTLE BIT OF MONEY AND I MAKE A CHOICE TO GO TO SMOOTHIE EVERYDAY, BUT THIS IS BS. My husband & I like stopping here to grab smoothie in the morning after the gym. I order using the app & they are almost always ready on our arrival. Smoothie King has a great rewards program & I enjoy tracking my progress in the app. This location has a parking lot behind the building off of Sherwood Avenue. Main areas are clean & friendly staff.

I ordered a delicious chocolate protein smoothie. My only wish is that I could have added Malted protein powder for delicious extra flavor to my choco protein smoothie but that is not an option. please consider adding malted milk powder as an option for extra flavor and extra protein. Thank you .

I loved the place, was clean the personel was kind and very attentive to help us with our questions, I loved the pinnaple surf smothie and love all the healthy options they have for you to pick.
Still the best smoothie king in Louisville. . . Miss the 5 dollar Friday. The new pricing is crazy. And the 2 for 8 special doesn't work correctly on the app.
