The smoothie was good but service was horrible. Personally, I usually don't give 1 star but the attendant was very unpleasant and unremorseful.

I work out 3 times a week and go here to get the gladiator. The gladiator is tasty, and you get to choose what fruits you want. The smoothies replenish me after my work outs.

Service was solid but the drinks were awful this time. This is the only smoothie king I go to because I live somewhat nearby, but today I got what I normally got but it sucked, and my girlfriend got something with mango (she loves mango) and it didn’t taste at all like mango. They were both gross. Whoever was working on July 21, 2024 around 5:30 pm kinda bombed it. They had good service though. I had it a couple of weeks ago from the tall, blonde girl though and she killed it! They were delicious!

This smoothie king is the best! My husband and I have food allergies. In the past we have had problems with contamination at other smoothie king locations. We never have any issues at this location. They are diligent and take our allergies very seriously. Plus they are also very sweet! Great customer services and never make me feel bad for needing accommodations. The young guy who works the drive thru is awesome!

After visiting several smoothie king shops I can truly value the good service and smoothies of this location. I gave it only 3 stars in atmosphere because the alley to get to the drive through is kind of sketchy.

Me and my daughter order online on 3/14/2024. We didn’t look at smoothie bowls because I had 6 hour treatment at Baptist East Hospital. When we got in hospital which was like maybe a 5 min drive cause of traffic. The bowls looked awful, also had 2 40oz smoothies. My daughter started to eat her bowl and said it taste funny so in my mind I come to smoothie king the Dixie location all the time, why it funny.? So I started eating mines and had to call them back cause when we got it , bowls was a mess looks like one held up and one didn’t and the one that didn’t was mines it was half a bowl, hers was messing like it unthawed and they froze it back no toppings showing . So they did say they was going to replace them ok cool. Well my father started throwing up and later on that day me at work my stomach was hurting so bad and of course I did too with several bathroom uses to the point I thought I was giving colonoscopy drink!! I called this morning I telling them in concern for me daughter and others who goes to watch if something was spoiled and or asking like was this deliberate. Well suppose to manager said I was giving to much information and I wasn’t be nasty with it it was truly out of concern so I need to get to food services to report this! WATCH YOUR SMOOTHIES AND BOWLS PLEASE
Even though there were many cars in line, my service was faster than I thought. Great smoothies as always. I get the gladiator with peanut butter used as a meal replacement.
