Terrible service, long wait time, dirty behind the counter and the smoothie was awful. Watered down and tasted like soap. One sip and I threw it away. Wate of $10.There are a lot of replies from Smoothie King corp in the reviews, promising to fix this and fix that.... well its not fixed.

Always a bad experience at this location. They took my order and I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window and them tell me that they don’t have any smoothie bowls. Young teens are always in there playing around instead of working and they also lock the doors early.

I order online for pick up (I was told it would be easier) most days as I workout at the Planet fitness near this location. My order is NEVER ready on time, and today was the last straw. I came in to pick my order up and was told my "ticket" hadn't come through the system yet. Understandable, computers fail all the time. 15 minutes and 3 customers later, I still had to sit and wait until I got mad enough to ask to cancel it altogether, only to THEN be told that my order was ready but the "ticket never came through" but if that was the case the young lady wouldnt have known what I ordered to begin with. There are atleast 3 employees in the building after 6pm from what I seen the past few months coming here and my order has NEVER been ready by to pick up time which is ridiculous when you look at it that way.

Somebody is up there taking pictures of people credit cards and ordering food surrounding the area. Trying to buy papa johns and Pizza Hut etc. ima press charges on them. BEWARE !!!

Horrible customer service! Couldn’t even order without getting rushed, girl with black hair and light skin had a terrible attitude, even rushed me while I was trying to get the exact amount of money to pay. Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend!!
Been here twice. The first time they gave me the wrong smoothie. Second time was today for a remake for the 1st one. It was horrible I had the pineapple mango ginger and it was entirely too sweet like they added too much of something. I often get this same smoothie at other smoothie king locations and by far this has been the worst experience yet.

Definitely ask for no dairy and no sugar as somehow smoothies come with other thing's outside of produce now. I always add some added greens. They have a new grain pack that adds a filler so you won't get as hungry after. Not my favorite smoothie joint but it's consistent and can't be mad at the convenience.

Very strange and aggrivating experience. Literally could not order a smoothie because they could not figure out how to leave ingredients out... even at full price. I just did not want the milk protein powder... only fruit. Person at the register was absolutely lost and half asleep. Oh well.

Super Slow Service!!I wish there was another location in my area. Often times have children working with what seems like little supervision. I’ve had several wrong orders causing me to go back and have corrected (which do they do very nicely) just wish it was correct from the start.
