I actually come to this location every day. My smoothie is always prepared and it is exactly how I ordered it. The staff is extremely kind. I always get excited when it is the same stuff that I’m used to seeing every day! They even know my order by memory!

Absolutely no reason an employee who is serving multiple customers should be wearing a headphone set over her head and not have their hair tied up. Let alone handle money and proceed to work on drinks without washing hands or putting on gloves. Disgusting. Focus on standards and make it look like you want to be here next time please. I've had great experiences previously but didn't feel today was acceptable. Be better next time.

I’ve had hundreds of smoothies and they’ve all been consistently good however, my one visit to this location ended up with the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. My daughter and I each got the same 32 ounce smoothie and it was completely watered down and had almost no flavor. On the way home my daughter told me she saw the guy pour back our smoothies into the blender and add water from the tap because there wasn’t enough to fill up the glasses

This Smoothie King location in Louisville is top-tier! The staff is always welcoming and quick, and the smoothies come out perfect every time. I usually get the Gladiator or the Angel Food, and both are always fresh, thick, and taste amazing. It’s a great spot for a post-gym refuel or a quick healthy meal on the go. The store is clean and well-run—definitely one of the better locations in town. Highly recommend!

The smoothies at Smoothie King are fantastic—fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. They offer a great variety, and the quality of the drinks really stands out.
However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. As my wife is new to the place, she had a few questions, but the staff didn’t seem very approachable or welcoming. It felt like asking anything was an inconvenience to them. A bit more training in customer service and hospitality would go a long way in making the overall experience more inviting.

Got here at 8:56pm, people were inside, I know, they close at 9, the guy said we couldnt order so we turned around. No big deal! But then there was a guy in his car who asked if we were able to be served we said no, and he proceeded to tell us he had the worst experience while here. He said the server was rude and rolled his eyes at him when he came in 12 minutes before close. The other customers who had been inside came out and said they also had a nasty experience with this server. When we started to come in, she quoted him saying “yeah they aren’t coming in.” He was rude to her about her allergy tell her to “come back tomorrow” to talk to the manager about what she could have. I understand customers can be trying at times but if you can’t handle them, dont be in customer service. I really wouldnt have been upset that we couldnt order but the way he handled it was not okay.

The customer service is professional, and they are quick! I’m in and out! One of the very few things my body can handle currently during my pregnancy is their smoothies!
