mf would not take my order. we were the only people there. it took 30 minutes. he walked out twice and made eye contact with me.

This is the 3rd time this particular Sonic has beyond disappointed me and my family. The first experience, we were told not to order milkshakes ahead because it was inconvenient for them to have to remake it because it melted while I was stuck in traffic, even though I never asked them to remake it. I had not even checked into a stall yet. The second time, the lady told us we couldn't park in a stall and needed to use the drive thru because it was barely raining. The third visit, which was today, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and we ended up missing parts of our order so we came back and they proceeded to take another 15 minutes to get the rest of our order. I hate having to complain because I genuinely do enjoy the food here, but the service is horrible pretty much every time.

I’m a very patient and level headed person, however today I regret being taken out of character by the manager of this store. I order a burger with no cheese and the young lady mistakenly gave me cheese. I tried to leave but she really wanted to get my order right which was appreciated. The manger came out and basically reprimanded me on this cheese situation. I thought about it and wanted my money back but my card had already been charged. I waited longer for the burger and the manager came back and wanted to fight me. Mind you she had hair rollers in her hair and a very sloppy look. I got in my car and left. I wasted 45 minutes to get very poor service. Horrible standards.

I ordered a med shake was charged for a large. I was told I was given a credit for the large then was charged for the med. I wound up paying for the large and the med. I received no credit. Manager lied.

Truly the worst fast food experience that I’ve ever had. We had to let the car hop employee know that the order was wrong. She proceeded to get an attitude and tell us they were out of the item we ordered. Then stated we never ordered said item because if we had they would have informed us it was out. At this point we opted to just get a refund because the rest of our order was cold and we were confused at what we did to warrant the disrespect we were receiving. They never gave us our original receipt and said they couldn’t print us a refund receipt. I asked them if I could just take a picture of their copy of the refund receipt. I was met with so much anger and frustration that I was taking more of their time when they had other customers to serve. We had patiently waited almost 30 minutes for our order to be taken an another 30 to receive the food. It was completely unacceptable the way we were treated.

I visited this Sonic Drive-In and had a good experience overall. The food was tasty and served fresh, and the drinks and shakes were made well. The restaurant area was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.

waited 20+ minutes for two drinks. long wait times is a constant issue at this location. staff is normally very friendly though

We visited on Sunday 9/14 around noon, and the service was fantastic. Our carhop took our order promptly, was helpful with answering questions and delivered our order swiftly and with a kind and friendly demeanor.
The food was phenomenal, everything was well worth the reasonable price So we want to thank the person(s) who prepared the food also.
We will definitely be returning and hope that the staff on this day are recognized for their efforts on delivering an immensely enjoyable dining experience. They definitely are the reason for my leaving this review.

I had a 10 minute wait before my order was taken, I tipped 2 dollars expecting good service and get a burger that looks like someone was mad and threw it in the box. I know I ordered a smash burger but I definitely didn't expect hulk to be in the kitchen hulk smashing my order. Even my onion rings I ordered weren't onion rings they were onion wedges. Most definitely won't be coming back and this is my 1st bad experience at sonic.

Food and drinks are always good. This location is incredibly understaffed. Waiting almost 30 mins for fast food is insane. Looked to be only 2 individuals working in the whole place. They really need to get them some help. The waitress was really nice and apologetic. I felt bad for them.

This location is trash. 20minutes for a slush that in order to get, i had to flag someone down and ask them to check on it. It was completely melted and when I asked the little jerk working there if it had sat a while he just laughed and said it was made when it was made. People have zero work ethic and these businesses are run like trash. A simple slush shouldn't be such an ask...especially from a place that, ya know, makes slushes. Ill wait 20 minutes but waiting 20minutes to pay for garbage while being treated poorly is a bit much.

Would give 0 if I could , my last two mobile orders have taken over 20 minutes to get to me. I had to leave today because I wasn’t planning on a 1/2 hour sonic stop before work.slowest service I’ve ever seen especially when you order ahead. Do NOT go here .
