Ordered a #3 with onion rings instead of fries and a cherry limeade. The burger was luke warm at best. My cherry limeade was disgusting. I'm pretty sure the Sprite was out. It was lunchtime and the whole lot was empty.

Food is not good here. The fries are all overcooked and dried out, taste like the fryer oil has been used over and over. Burgers not very good either. Other locations are better than this and taste freshly made.

This is the most ridiculous sonic I've ever been to. No chili on chili tots and told that that was a "scoop" there was nothing there. I paid for air. Do not recommend

They were open but only had 1 cook there who would not take my order. Sat for a while waiting for someone to answer as well. I rarely go here because it's always like this. Crazy.
Absolutely awful!!! Tried it a few times when we come to town and this will be my last time. Currently been sitting in a car for over 20 minutes with my four-year-old for two drinks and that’s it no food nothing else just drinks. I already know that these are independently owned franchise locations and whoever owns this is really slacking. This one will probably close just like the rest of them….

Might be the worst fast food location in the city. 30 minute wait for some tater tots, duplicates order charge that they couldn’t refund at the store.
Will never be back, and reassured me why I never ate here to begin with.
The owners deserve to lose their store.

This place is seriously understaffed and they need to do something about it. I'm talking a 45 minute wait for drinks and a small fry. The workers are obviously running around trying to do everything at once. The drinks/food have always been correct and good, but the wait is seriously ridiculous and I feel bad for the people who work there.

HORRIBLE! Very disappointed. My husband and I came here for lunch and it took 40 minutes to get our food. We placed an order via the app but the woman next to use placed the order normally and said she first had to wait 20 minutes for them to answer the button call and another 40 minutes for her food by the time it arrived. She had young kids in her car crying because they were hungry and wanted to get out but the parking lot is so gross and covered in trash she didn't feel comfortable with it.
We ordered a meal to share and a Reese's blast. The fries were cold, the burger had more onion than meat. We didn't get a spoon. The ice cream itself tasted very off, it was sour. We asked them to remake it and it again tasted sour and had a horrible after taste. I assume the ice cream has gone bad. My husband described it as sour cream.
I needed to use the bathroom pretty badly after waiting nearly an hour but wasn't able to because it was filthy. Toilet paper and trash on the floors, crap
(literally) smeared on the walls, the light didn't work, and the toilet seat was covered in poop and clogged with toilet paper. I didn't even enter the room it was so foul.
I will say that the staff was friendly but everything else was embarrassingly terrible.

Ordered on the app and proceeded to wait 40 minutes for the food. Talked to a worker multiple times who said they didn't have my order. They finally brought it out and it was clear that it had been sitting for a long time and they just didn't see it.

My dasher waited over half and hour for someone to talk to her. I had the map pulled up the whole time and was texting with her. I tried calling the sonic and it would ring twice and then say the number was disconnected. When they finally brought my food out the employee spilled my shake in the dasher's lap and had to go make another. That shake was incorrect from my order. Needless to say the food was lukewarm when I got it almost an hour later.
