Sonic pays for fake reviews clearly if you have ever been to this location you know how bad it is. Please keep rating this place a 0. It deserve to close down.

Manager/Supervisor named Jack, was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Even gave an insulting and condescending comment to top it off. If someone is spending their money with the establishment, and needs a straw, napkin, condiment, or cupholder; just give it to them without being rude and distasteful.

I ordered tater tots with onion and extra cheese, 3 of them to be exact at the drive thru. I had to wait forever, there were 3 cars already waiting ahead of me. Only one man was bringing out the orders so they had to be short staffed. I finally got my food and left. When I got home I checked out my order and was really disappointed. After waiting all that time there were barely any onions and very little cheese on every order. I paid extra for both the onions and cheese and did not get it. I wouldn't complain if it just had at least the normal amount but it didn't even have that. I pretty much got plain tots which cost less. I know they are short staffed but they could at least get your order right

Showed up at 9:45, knew it was calling it a little close, but enough time for food to be made. No one intentionally answered until 9:55 only to say they were closed at that time. Waste of time at a place I typically love.

Waited 15 minutes at the call box to order. They never answered. Watched as multiple cars left the drive thru as it wasn't being answered either. I finally left and went to Martins BBQ. My stomach did not regret it!! Such good food!!!

Two nights in a row I went there, jonesing for a milkshake. Two nights in a row, nada. First night, I pressed the order button. After 10 minutes of no response, I walked to the door where I was told the computers were down. They couldn't tell me that via the order speaker. Next night, the computers were working but the ice cream machine was not.

The food was awful. I ordered online and had to substitute many items on the order. The cheeseburger was utterly disgusting. I’ll never go back to this Sonic and after the poor tasting food, if I go to another one it will be only for the ice cream.

What can I say, I have always enjoyed eating at Sonic, but this location has been a major disappointment for me. On multiple occasions, the wait time for my food was 15 minutes plus. The last time I ordered, I waited for 45 min from the time I ordered until I had to leave because my lunch hour was almost up. I never did get my food. It was not a complicated order, hotdog, tots, and a drink.

Amazing food was great / served in a timely manner / nice people / they even took the time to talk to my 3 yr daughter through the speaker for a min even through they where absolutely slammed because she wanted to sneak and hit the button after I told her they where to busy but they still talked to her an was extra polite 5 stars all day

I'm from Texas where we are OBSESSED with Sonic and they're on almost every corner. They are known for fast, reliable service. So, imagine my disappointment visiting this one. This is the absolute worst Sonic I've ever been to in my entire life. And I've been to A LOT of them. Every single time I go I'm waiting for 30 or more minutes. And most times I'm only ordering a drink or slush. It doesn't matter if it's drive thru, bay, or app ordering...you're going to wait FOREVER. The only reason I even go is because it's the only one within a reasonable distance from my apartment and I still love the slushes. But, for God's sake whoever owns this franchise or if it's corporate, y'all need some training or hire some new people asap!
