This place is the most terrible place I think I've ever TRIED to eat at in my whole 32 years. The food wasn't right , the drinks was literally colored water. The meat on my family's sandwiches reminded me of a chip or let's say my DOGS FOOD. As we gave chance after chance to make the order right I was declined a refund total was $40.97. Reason being "we are most of the food" which was false. We tried to eat the food but every bit was terrible two bits maybe off of the sandwiches. Also as upon request for refund I was laughed at in my face. Food terrible, drinks terrible and most of all terrible customer service...

I ALWAYS have issues with the staff here, sometimes it's bad attitudes, sometimes it takes 20+ minutes to get food to me, but it's always something!

Wife & I got tots & chili. After wife swiped her card I started my stopwatch and ended with food was brought out 4.08 minutes later.

Ate there last night and have food poisoning now. Ive never been so sick from eating food. The manager was dismissive and kept saying their food was fresh. Ummm maaam it was not bc after eating there I had that food coming out of every opening of my body.

Sat and waited to get waited on....while the red light was on stating they would be with us in a minute, they are assisting other customers. Waited almost 15 minutes. Drive thru was backed up as well. The red light went out, and nobody ever answered the call button, so we went elsewhere.

They need to let their customers know that they don’t have a public restroom and when I asked to use it the employee was rude and mad for me asking to use it.

I've been going to this sonic for a decade now, and they have always got my order right, and the foods always good. The service is great, and they're quick to offer alternatives to out of stock products.

Parking: There are always order kiosks available for parking in, and the drive through is always fast!

Sonic has really gone downhill from when they used to have carhops, and the menus worked. Now only the drive thru works. But if you can wait , the shakes are good.
